Ramsey loves Tinker Bell movies. The newest one is about Tinker Bell finding out she has a sister, Periwinkle. Ramsey has been wanting the dress but its not online or at the Disney store. Nana went to Dublin for work and she found it! Ramsey was so excited!! She decided that was the dress she was going to wear for her party. She originally wanted an Ariel party with purple cupcakes but when she got the dress she decided she wanted blue sparkly cupcakes! So that is what she made for her party.
And there you have it blue sparkly cupcakes!
