After their appt we headed to visitors day at school. They got to meet their sweet teachers and play with some friends, all girls! I think there might be 1 or 2 boys in their class but they were not there when we were there. There is another set of twin girls so that will be fun! They start school next week so i hope they love it!

neuro no mo

Evie had her last neurologist appointment today! yay!!

He said she looked great and officially no more helmet or anything else needs to be done! Our appointment was at 1:30 so jonathan took her and I stayed with Ramsey at home since it was their nap time. Well.....2 HOURS in the waiting room, they finally head back to see the doctor! Jonathan kept texting me what they were doing and he said Evie did great. Poor girl, she came home to take a much needed very late nap from 4-6 and was out again at 8.

Jonathan had his backpack with his workout stuff in it so Evie tried on his goggles, they texted me this one i thought it was too funny!

Jonathan just synced his phone and i found some cute pics i thought i would share.

Kindermusic was free a the gtown library a few weeks ago so several of us took the kiddos to do something different. They seemed to enjoy it. They lady wasn't fantastic and i am glad i didn't pay any money but they sat there and listened and played with the instruments. When you were finished they were supposed to put their stuff in the basket. I told them to do it to see if they would and Evie walked right over there and put it in and ramsey would put hers in then take another one! ha Overall a great way to spend a morning

We meet Jonathan for lunch some when he is in the area and we were eating at Shlotzskys and he got us a cookie to split....i think Ramsey liked it :)

Usually at target we use the double cart thing, which i LOVE and am so thankful for target having those. No one else does or if they do they are the facing ones and they don't fit in there yet. It makes my life so much easier!! However this day they were out, so Evie sat with the groceries, until jonathan got there to take them to the gym.

oh and on this day a guy at the gym said "hey little Eric"....seriously...i guess the v looks like an r and the e looks like a c? I could write a whole post on the things people have said at the Gtown center! ha

One of the things we love about our neighborhood is this area. Its in the middle of our neighborhood and we usually walk to it, it has highpoint grocery, highpoint pizza, a barber,dentist, and a little bar. So convenient and i will surely miss it... if we ever move

The girls had such a great time the other wkd when they went to the zoo with jonathan and mimi so even though it was hot we decided to head their again.

I was cooking the other night and after a while of not seeing the girls and not hearing anything i got a little curious so i sneaked around the corner and they were sitting in their room reading books and passing blocks to each other. I just stood there and watched.

They really are very sweet to each other. I am sure that will change but right now they pick on each other but they both laugh the whole time. If you say give that to whomever they do it and they know if something is their sisters or not and take it to them. I had to take a few pics of course.

Ramsey loves birds for some reason. She can spot them from a mile away and loves looking out the window for them. Our zoo has a birds and bees exhibit so we knew this was the place for her!

So i am officially old, I had my 10 year reunion this wkd! Your 10 year reunion is such a weird thing for some reason. Several of us still hang out and then some have moved away but then you get there and start seeing these faces you haven't seen in forever and memories and everything come right back to you like you just saw these people! Then of course there are people there who you swear didn't graduate with you. I guess this is what happens when you graduate with 600 people!

A group of us went to dinner at Bayou Friday then headed to Blue Monkey and that was a lot of fun catching up with a smaller group. I took no pics though, hopefully i can get some from people.

Saturday before the reunion several friends came to our house for a pre party. Our supper club group provided appetizers and there were about 40 people in our tiny little HOT house! Everyone was sweating, our air could not keep up with the fact that it was like 110 outside! Then we headed to The historic New Daisy on Beale for the actual reunion. We had a lot of people come and it was great seeing everyone! I also felt like i was in high school by getting home at 3 am and sleeping until 1!! wow! Actually in high school i had to be "in Germantown" by midnight. I guess i am breaking the rule living in east memphis now!

Slumber party bunco

A group of us play bunco once a month and it is so much fun! This month was a slumber party theme and i finally won some moola!! We play a little bit different and each month everyone brings $10. Most buncos wins $50, most games wins $40, trips wins $20 and least games gets $10. The host is only in charge of drinks and a bunco hat and 4 people bring food. Much easier this way and i think cash is the best prize! I won 2o games this week and had one big bunco.. finally!

oldies but goodies

I had a great time in nashville this wkd! Several sweet friends from college came in town and we stayed at Amys house. Some of us haven't seen each other in a few years so it was so good to catch up! Natalie and i left late Friday and Amy had wine and pizza waiting for us when we got there! We spent Friday night catching up and we picked up right where we left off! I love that!

Saturday we got up and Amy made us her famous sausage cheese muffins! so good! We got ready and they went shopping in franklin and had lunch down there and i headed to Robbins First Birthday party!

Stephanie is as crazy as i am when it comes to planning parties and she didn't miss a thing! Everything was so cute and of course i acted like a photographer while i was there and took pics of all the cute details! It was a circus theme and so fun!

I met back up with the girls at Megs house and we headed to her neighborhood pool.

It was a beautiful day

We went back to Megs and she had appetizers for us then back to Amys for dinner, mexican and margaritas! Put our pjs on, caught up some more and celebrated these sweet little mommas! They are both due in February!

We woke up sunday and Amy had cinnamon rolls and breakfast casserole. She is the BEST and such a great hostess! Another friend who doesn't miss a beat when it comes to hosting!

She completely outdid herself!

We had such a relaxing wkd and it completely refreshed me!

I left Friday afternoon for Nashville for a college girls weekend and left Jonathan in charge of the girlies! They had a fun wkd and i think jonathan should be a stay at home dad, he is better than me. He did laundry, put mom approved clothes on them, made blueberry pancakes for breakfast,took the girls to the zoo, and the house was clean when i came home...WAY better than me!!
