Tuesday night we grilled fish and i made this vegetable dish.
I didn't layer it the same way and i used red potatoes instead of regular.
The 3 of us ate the whole thing!
Thursday night i made beef and spinach roll ups and they were also delicious!
I changed this one a bit also. I had fresh spinach so i layered it on top and i also stuffed the noodles with 1/2 the meat instead of just putting it on top.
Thanks to my friend Cortney i have found several recipes on skinny taste that i can't wait to try.
I will let you know how they are!
